OpenID support on the registration form

Currently, ExiteCMS only supports OpenID to login when attached to an existing user account.

The registration module should be updated to accept a valid OpenID login when creating a new account. The login modules should redirect to the registration module when trying to login using OpenID with an account that isn't 'married' to a normal local account.
