Upload of non-image files to the wiki

Description

Currently it is only possible to upload image files to the wiki.

It should be possible to upload other file types as well (zip, pdf, etc...) so that they can be included in a wiki page

Generic upload module has been implemented in rev. [2073], which replaces the old image upload. The upload module can distinguish between image and non-image files, to present the user with the correct wiki command (and for images, a preview option).
