Make hiding of the webmaster configurable

Description

The account of the webmaster (user_id = 1) is always hidden from view. Also, the IP address and country is not registered when the webmaster logs in.

This behaviour needs to be configurable:

  • hide or show the account from user tracking (like users_online panel)
  • track login (ip/country) or use the website's country setting
